Orange Towel Ventures is looking to acquire a business with a strong culture, engaged employees, well established processes and a respected presence within its local community.

We’re drawn to companies whose owners care deeply about their people and want their legacy carried forward with the same pride and stewardship they’ve invested over the years. The ideal business has long-standing customer relationships, consistent cash flow, and a culture that treats employees and customers with genuine care, respect, and long-term commitment.

While we are industry-agnostic, we have a preference for businesses where a meaningful portion of revenue is driven by professional services, customer relationships, and operational excellence. We primarily focus on companies located in Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio, though we will consider other regions for the right opportunity.

Our intention is not to overhaul what has worked—but to build upon the company’s strong foundation, honor its history, and assemble the right team to grow thoughtfully for decades ahead.
